Perfect Choco wanted a brand-new way to melt and temper different kinds of chocolate. The machine would have to fit into the floor plans of pastry shops, cafeterias, ice cream parlours, and chocolate shops.

Perfect Choco wanted a brand-new way to melt and temper different kinds of chocolate. The machine would have to fit into the floor plans of pastry shops, cafeterias, ice cream parlours, and chocolate shops.
We went into the field to conduct interviews with chocolate artisans, make our observations, and create a journey map of the machine before proceeding with its technical design and development. We performed a manufacturing cost analysis, undertook UI-UX interface design, and then graphic design of the device.
